Product return
If you wish to return the ordered products, please inform us by sending us the completed return form found HERE. Please return the completed form together with the original fiscal receipt and the returned order to the address:

Returned goods must not bear traces of use. The product should be complete, with original tags and tag hangers. Refund of the order, will be made to the account number indicated by the customer in the return form, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the completed return form.
The cost of returning the order to the store is borne by the buyer.
Customized, unique, personalized products according to the buyer’s guidelines are not eligible for returns.
Product complaint
We make every effort to ensure that the products shipped to you do not have any defects. However, if the purchased goods do not meet your expectations, you can complain about them, which must be reported to us immediately. To do so, print and fill out the claim form available HERE.

The complaint will be processed within 14 days. We will inform you by e-mail or telephone how to resolve it. If the complaint is found to be valid, we will replace the defective product with a defect-free product or remove the defect immediately after processing the complaint.
The cost of shipping the advertised product to the store is paid by the buyer.
